BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Guests may cancel their tour reservations up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time to receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable.
Refund Process:
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days from the cancellation date for processing.
Tour Cancellation by Banana Beach Phuket:
• If the trip must be canceled due to weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered the choice to rebook on an alternate date.
No-Show Policy:
• Guests who do not show up for their scheduled tour are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

- Insurance does not cover in the event of murder, fighting, suicide or any other illegal actions occurs under the influences or drugs, virus or bacterial infection, pregnancy, premature of birth or any other complications, food allergy and food poisoning.
- Guests who drunk or drink are not allowed.
